It is 5 hours north of Thunder bay. 1 hour 20 mins from Dryden. It takes us 22 hours from Kingston plus the time change. U need 3 people for a bull tag and 4 for a cow. Dovver

For the week we really rough it out, we set up a tent with a wood stove. The food we bring allows us to eat like King's and is all organized. We all own our own cott and sleeping bag's. Everyone in the camp has to do their part, washing dishes, cook, clean, chop wood and get water. Showers is unavailable to us but it doesn't matter becuase I'm not there to look or smell good.............................I just keep adding "Cow in Heat" to my clothing and it mask's my own scent .......................................................from me. ;D Our toilet consist's of a folding chair with a hole cut into the seat and wood box on the bottom. A branch of a nearby tree make the perfect toilet paper holder. My Dad and I use to bring a 26' Trailer which was great but it's 2 years we haven't brought it up due to Gas Prices to haul it up there. It has a toilet, shower kichen and bed's. Now we use it only for Deer Season. No place like Home!!!! Best Regards, DB

We have 2 sections of surplus military tent ( about 16'x16' total) for the 3 of us with a wood burning stove. We use a tarp and a toilet seat for the comforts of home, a BBQ and a coleman stove for eating..It aint much but for some reason I loose sleep every fall itchin to get there.

This year we didn't bring up the trailer and went for the old tent. Man I miss the trailer. The other guys still bring their trailers up. We set up in an old gravel pit. At least we are safe since we are down in a pit and surrounded by rock. We have a protable garage set up with a wood stove and colman stove for cooking. It's a great place to spend the evening. The potty is out back and quite warm with a lantern. Even styrofoam on the seat. All in all it's a pretty comfy camp. This was my second year at this camp. It's all still new to me. RR
