Kinda makes ya sick doesn't it. Think of all the hunters that came home empty handed, or te ones that seen theses moose but didn't shoot because they didn't have a tag. Just sat there and admired them. Thats less tags for people who hunt in that area now, less moose also.

I am glad the reporter didn't refer to theses people as hunters in his article.

now that's a crying shame,, how could a decent human being do that?? ok so they aren't decent why kill it? geezzz this makes me mad I could have shot a cow, she stood out in the open long enough for me to put the cross hairs on her,, I could have shot, but no tag = no shot .. period. all for the sake of firing a gun and killing something? I think not! I hope they catch whomever did this what a waste

This is rediculous, I don't know what should be done about this. As John said hang by the short and curley's, but I really don't think this would work. They would just rip out and the pain would be over in minutes we need something that is more long something that will hit them where it hurts, the pocket book! Make the fine so outrageous that they need to re mortgage the house in order to pay for the fine. This really Pi**es me off. I have been trying for the last number of years to play within the system, find areas that may hold moose and can still get tags because that GD tag allocation BS is playing by the rules. They need to do something about this both the poachers and the system.
