what do you prefer to use on deer?

well i know alot of people who use all of these but when i ask their favourites they're not sure so with this poll i can find out people favourites without I dont know as an awnser lol ;D

I rilfle hunt plus do the controled hunt on Howe Island with a shot gun. It's like shooting rabits over there.

I can only take part of the Controlled Deer hunt where I am and I really enjoy the knock down power of a sabot slug. Plus, if you've ever seen the exit hole of a slug, it's sometime the size of a baseball. With the right set-up, launching slugs accurately at 100 yard+ is not impossible.

I also use archery, but I don't get out until their is snow on the ground and following a blood trail is easier.

Put my vote in for shotgun. I use whatever I can but where I hunt know you can't use rifle. I love my crossbow but grew up hunting with a rifle and the slug gun I use is as close to rifle accuracy as you can get.
