What system do you think we should use for tags in Ontario and why?

Well one thing I do know is that holding back 5% for the northern residence isn't right. I am a resident of Ontario and go north ever year. I don't think it is right that they are holding back tags. If I needed to get a certain # of people to get a tag then so should all residence. If it wasn't for the people in southern Ontario spending lots of money in the North for moose hunting then a lot of businesses would be hurting.
One thing they do need to address is the fact that some people have been putting in for tags for a number of years and never got one. I am not sure how they need to fix this but we will see.

One thing I have heard they will do this year dover is your alternate will be the person who has not had the tag the longest.
