Nice job! Crazy hot though eh. Birds aren't even moving much around here. Went out this am and didn't see a goose. Heard very little shooting also. Did the young gunners get any shooting in?

Yeah I never noticed how dry it looked till you said that, wow!.
Anybody know the legal distance you have to be from a rd to set up? Where we are going tomorrow theses geese keep landing in the front field closest to the rd. My buddy wants to set up in the next field back of the tree line. I keep telling him that being where the geese want to be is %50 of the battle, and this is where the geese want to be. He is very afraid of drawing unwanted attention to ourselves. I keep telling him as long as we are about 200 yds back, that is a safe enough distance I think. No matter what they can't do a thing to us.
Ofcoarse this is the same guy who thought I should take my Canadian flag off my van when we went across the boarder also. Don't think so, I am proud to be Canadian. Besides, do ya not think the Ont. plates give us away anyway. He's becomming very paranoid lately. All those funny cigerets he smokes i think...lol

It is the fence if there is one or 24ft from the travelled portion of the road
There was one younger fellow there that did some shooting and dropped a few

We dumped 7 in the field in question this am. Obviously someone has just cut a corn field on the next rd. over as geese were dumping in there like crazy.

Well I just took 2. I plucked one and breasted the other. What do you do with them. My buddy had pepperetes made a few years ago but it cost a fortune.
